The drop-in afternoon sessions with artist Hester Berry continue to take place in the White Moose gallery each Tuesday 2 - 4pm. £10 pp.

White Moose is a contemporary art gallery situated in the old ceramic quarter of Barnstaple. It presents work by both new and established artists through a varied and high-quality programme of innovative exhibitions.
White Moose identifies, promotes and nurtures new artists working in a variety of media. We invite national and international artists to interact with the South West region’s culture, heritage and environment through site specific and gallery-based projects.
The gallery hosts exhibitions, artist seminars, workshops, projects, talks, residencies and many other art-focused events.

Meet the Team
Julie Gavin - Gallery Partner
After a long career in the City, Julie retired from her role as a Managing Director of Credit Suisse to pursue her interest in contemporary art. Gaining an M.Litt in Modern and Contemporary Art History and Art Practice she acted as an independent project based advisor to artists, arts organisers, companies and institutions and was co-owner of Grimaldi Gavin gallery, London specialising in photography.
Stella Levy - Gallery Partner
Experienced in running independent arts and design businesses, Stella was a founding member of North Devon Arts and is the organiser of the annual Art Trek Open Studios. She is also a trustee of Barnstaple Buildings Preservation Trust (BBPT) formed to save heritage buildings in the town.
North Devon Arts is a friendly, informal network of professional and amateur artists and anyone with an interest in the arts who meet monthly at Broomhill Art Hotel on the second Wednesday of every month at 8pm. They have a programme of speakers, a monthly newsletter and hold at least two exhibitions per year.
The NDMP have created an independent organisation and developed the new tourist website northdevon.com to undertake the task of destination marketing for North Devon & Exmoor.
Established in 2012, BlueFrog Media has quickly grown to become an award-winning social media and digital marketing agency in North Devon. BlueFrog are working with White Moose in terms of social media management and exchange.
Visit Devon was formed as a community interest company run by the tourism industry on behalf of the industry on the 24th March 2016. Visit Devon is not in competition with the area tourism partnerships but has been created to complement their work and to raise the profile of Devon as a destination.
